Metal cutting machine operator – milling technology (m/f/d)
We are a medium-sized family business in the 3rd generation. We see ourselves as a service-oriented solution specialist for all tasks in the field of special machine construction. We develop, manufacture and assemble turnkey solutions for our worldwide customers in the automotive, food production, rolling mill and roll technology sectors as well as in general special machine construction. In the context of a new job appointment, we are looking for an employee in the field of milling technology (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.
What you can expect
As a dedicated CNC milling operator in the field of special machine construction, you will be responsible for the production area of the company’s CNC milling production. The areas of responsibility include, among others, the
- set-up and adjustment of CNC milling machines, as well as of manual workstations for deburring and assembling,
- work according to technical drawings, as well as the understanding of more complex technical drawings,
- independent work according to the requirements of the respective component,
- implementation of direct quality assurance measures before, during and after the milling process (self-inspection / visual inspection),
- creation of CNC milling programs, as well as the adaptation of the parameters of existing programs,
- interruption of the machine sequence in the event of a fault and finding and eliminating the cause of the fault with the support of the team.
What we expect
- A completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, preferably as a metal cutting machine operator.
- Preferably several years of professional experience.
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of milling and have worked independently on CNC milling machines.
- Practice in the common control types of CNC machines.
- You work independently, on your own responsibility and in a structured manner.
- You are a team player, responsible, reliable and flexible.
