The legal relationship between a company of the DIRKRA Group – which provides the respective delivery or service for the customer – and a customer, is governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery. Conflicting conditions of the customer or supplier, in particular their purchasing conditions, quality conditions, operating equipment conditions, logistics conditions, customer standards, guidelines, special delivery regulations and spare parts conditions are not binding for DIRKRA, even if they form the basis of the order or if reference is made to them in portals, forms or other documents of the customer.
