As a long-standing, reliable and competent partner of the industry, DIRKRA Sondermaschinenbau GmbH & Co.KG has been realising industry and customer-specific requirements in special machine construction since 1962. Our design department develops concepts, manufacturing documents and technical documentation. Both in-house developed production drawings and customer-based project documents serve as the basis for the realisation of your ideas in our production. Our highly motivated team designs, produces and assembles your projects on an area of around 15,000 m². Our modern machinery and highly specialised personnel form the basis for high-quality special machine construction.

CERTIFICATION ACCORDING TO EN 1090-2

The European DIN EN 1090 regulates the proof of conformity, the factory production control, the manufacturer certification and the CE marking for load-bearing steel and aluminium components that are placed on the market as construction products. With the certificate we not only prove the qualification of our employees and the required technical equipment, but also the compliance with the specified essential product properties of our components. The certificate is a mandatory requirement for the CE marking of our steel and aluminium components and the associated movement of goods in the European Union.

MANUFACTURER QUALIFICATION ACCORDING TO ISO 3834

The international series of standards DIN EN ISO 3834ff. specifies welding quality requirements for manufacturers and regulates the principles for quality assurance of fusion-welded components and structures. DIN EN ISO 3834 covers welding in series production, make-to-order production, repair and on the construction site (assembly) and applies to all welding applications. It assumes the function of the quality management system in welding

ÖKOPROFIT OF THE AACHEN CITY REGION

ÖKOPROFIT combines ecological benefits of the environment with the economic goals of companies. The project Ökoprofit Region Aachen was funded by the Ministry for the Environment and Nature Conservation, Agriculture and Consumer Protection of the State of NRW. Companies, municipalities and experts work hand in hand and use the resulting synergy effects. ÖKOPROFIT is a modular consulting and qualification programme that supports companies of all types and sizes in the introduction and improvement of operational environmental management.

SPECIALIST COMPANY ACCORDING TO WHG-CERTIFICATION

According to the Water Resources Act (WHG), only certified specialist companies are permitted to carry out certain work on systems for handling liquids hazardous to water. Operators of such systems are also responsible for ensuring that only appropriately certified companies are commissioned for these activities. This work includes the construction, repair, internal cleaning and decommissioning of systems.
