Special machine construction

As a long-standing, reliable and competent partner of the industry, DIRKRA Sondermaschinenbau GmbH & Co.KG has been realising industry and customer-specific requirements in special machine construction since 1962. Our design department develops concepts, manufacturing documents and technical documentation. Both in-house developed production drawings and customer-based project documents serve as the basis for the realisation of your ideas in our production. Our highly motivated team designs, produces and assembles your projects on an area of around 15,000 m². Our modern machinery and highly qualified specialist staff form the basis for high-quality special machine construction.

Construction and project planning

DIRKRA realises cost and production-optimised project documents from the individual part drawing to parts lists and assembly drawings with its own CAD construction. Of course, this also includes pneumatic and hydraulic plans, FEM analyses, visualisations and CE documentation.

Mechanical manufacturing

With its state-of-the-art machinery, DIRKRA guarantees a large vertical range of manufacture at the highest quality level. In the course of further technological development, the machinery in our mechanical production is also optimised. The efficiency of our CNC centres is maximised by the use of state-of-the-art CAD-CAM programs.

Welded constructions

DIRKRA manufactures all customer-specific welded constructions in-house, no matter whether tubular frame construction, machine bed or gearbox housing. Certified welders and welding engineers work hand in hand, to meet the highest quality standards. Downstream processes, such as heat treatments, complete mechanical machining and also surface coatings round off the portfolio.

Electrical engineering and control system construction

You can rely on our many years of diverse expertise in development, conceptual design and programming as well as electrical and control system construction. We support you in the selection of hardware and software components and carry out comprehensive commissioning and maintenance.

Assembly and installation

The final assembly of individual subassemblies and complete systems, as well as the worldwide installation and commissioning of our machines, represent a decisive part of our range of services. Specially trained DIRKRA personnel carry out this work in a goal-oriented manner, using their own work equipment and complying with applicable safety guidelines.

Turn-key solutions

For the realization of your versatile projects, we offer our customers a general support. With our synergies we support you in the development and conception of machines and system concepts, the selection of software and hardware components as well as the fast and professional installation. In the course of a holistic service approach, DIRKRA offers you a continuous maintenance concept for already installed plant systems.
